Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or
international environment working on core administrative tasks
(e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management,
facilities coordination, etc.).
- Experience in direct executive support, project management or
event planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a
diverse range of people and job functions.
- Ability to learn new things and step outside comfort zone.
- Ability to rapidly respond to changing circumstances and
priorities.
- Ability to act quickly and resourcefully to problem solve and
prioritize under stress.

- Operate independently on administrative tasks with minimal
supervision (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, exec
expense management, event and budget management).
- Plan, manage, and execute events from team events (digital and
in-person), all hands, leadership forums, and other celebrations
and milestones.
- Take the initiative to lead and manage ad hoc programs to
further the organization/leader's business goals.
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing
operations, and help define new operational strategies with the
executives and the teams they manage, as well as within the
administrative community.
- Effectively establish trust and partnership with
cross-functional teams and senior executives of the organization
