Job Description Job Description Candidate will perform administrative duties for the Estimating Department. The primary goal is to make sure there is sufficient sub coverage on each trade for every bid. Responsible for document procurement, control and distribution as well as project coordination, subcontractor coverage and estimator assistance throughout the estimating process. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in administrative positions, Previous construction experience REQUIRED. *Typing of 45 wpm minimum with accuracy. *Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). *Competent knowledge of SmartBid software program strongly preferred.
