Internal Medicine practice looking for a front office Medical
Assistant extraordinaire to join our team! Our practice mission is
to deliver outstanding comprehensive care to our patients. This
means we constantly strive to learn more, improve, and have fun
while doing it. If you are up for a challenge, we look forward to
hearing from you soon. Office Duties: • Greet and check in patients
in a warm and professional manner. • Answer multiple busy phone
lines and triage patient callers. • Schedule patient appointments
and respond to incoming patient messages. • Prepare for upcoming
appointments by obtaining reports, imaging, and/or labs. • Assist
with ordering labs, pending orders and refilling prescriptions. •
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Preferred
qualifications: • EPIC EMR (preferred) • Excellent verbal and
written communication skills • Ability to multi-task in a
fast-paced environment • Great attitude and willingness to acquire
new skills • Must be available for training in April. Position
starts May 2026 Competitive Pay, Salary Based on Experience Full
Time Position: 40 hours Job Types: Full-time Schedule: • 8 hour

Medicine • Primary Car Compensation will be based on experience Pay
Scale/Ranges: $21.00-$35.00/hour (and the hourly equivalent for
salaried employees).* *Employees actual pay rate will depend on a
host of factors including, without limitation, job location,
specialty, skillset, education, and experience. The patey
scale/ranges shown are representative of the pay rates for the job
title reflected above, but an employees actual pay rate will be
determined on a case-by-case basis.
