Night Shifts Overview: The Graduate Nurse is responsible for
delivering direct patient care, which includes assessment,
planning, implementation, and evaluation for individuals of all
ages, primarily within a dynamic medical-surgical unit during night
shifts. This position necessitates collaboration with various
healthcare professionals to enhance patient care while adhering to
nursing standards, licensure requirements, and ethical practices.

Graduate Nurse: $10,000 Experienced Nurse: $13,000 Med/Surg RN 36
hours per week, Night Shifts Location: Our Hospital in Festus, MO
63028 The Medical A floor at our facility is a bustling 30-bed unit
that caters to patients of all ages. Many individuals in our care
are chronically ill and require comprehensive, multidisciplinary
treatment plans. As a vital member of the healthcare team, you will
educate patients on various topics, from surgical expectations to

Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
(Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Responsible for
obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of
employment, including compliance with all state board of nursing
regulations. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from
the American Heart Association or successful completion of the
