• Architect and build tools that power efficient tax calculation validation
• Design and extend partner APIs that make integration seamless
• Create intuitive UIs that transform complex tax concepts into delightful user experiences
• Collaborate across engineering, tax analysis, product, and design teams
• Shape product and engineering roadmaps with significant autonomyIdeal Candidate Background
• 4-6 years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend development skills (Go, Python, C++, Ruby)
• Full-stack capabilities with emphasis on backend systems
• Track record of meaningful impact at early-stage startups
• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring othersPreferred Qualifications
• Experience at high-growth technology companies
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• History of collaborative problem-solving

• Base Salary: $160,000 - $250,000
• Equity: 0.20% - 0.30%
