• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Construction Management or Construction Related Discipline.
• 10+ years of experience as a Resident Engineer, Project Manager or Construction Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization.
• Proven experience with 10'+ diameter tunnel projects utilizing Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM's).
• Proven experience within large water/wastewater projects (+$100M).
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship.
• Valid Driver's license and good driving history.Ideally You Will Also Have:
