Well-known, early-stage venture firm based in San Francisco is looking for an Office Manager. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative, hard-working team and grow in your role alongside the firm! You will oversee daily office operations such as vendor management, welcoming guests and visitors, and ensuring the office is running smoothly, while also providing light administrative support to a few Associates and backup coverage for other EA's. Someone who is meticulous with the details, extremely organized, and a team player! This is an in-office role based in downtown San Francisco. 80K+ DOE plus benefits!Responsibilities:

• Manage office operations including maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related issues and office equipment.
• Maintain office policies and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency
• Oversee guests and visitors in the office by creating a welcoming environment and connecting them with appropriate team members.
• Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies.
• Coordinate office events, meetings, and activities.
• Provide administrative support to Associates with scheduling and coordination.
• Provide backup Executive Assistant support when needed, including calendar management and travel arrangements.Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in office management or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Experience providing calendar management and scheduling support.
