are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our
team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting
individuals and families in navigating complex systems related to
behavioral health, child welfare, and workforce development. This
position requires strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to
client advocacy, and the ability to work collaboratively with
various stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in social
work, psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in case management or a related field,
particularly within addiction counseling or behavioral health
settings. Strong skills in crisis intervention and mentoring, with
the ability to supervise staff effectively. Knowledge of child
welfare systems and resources available for families. Familiarity
with workforce development initiatives is a plus. Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to
build rapport with diverse populations. Ability to work
independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proficient in using case management software and maintaining
confidentiality of sensitive information. Shift: Day 5x8-Hour
(08:00 - 16:30) Join us in making a difference in the lives of

case management. Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $64.22 per
hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Health insurance
Schedule: 5x8 Day shift Work Location: In person ACI Health, a
Fairfax, VA–based, Joint Commission–accredited staffing and
consulting partner, deploys travel, contract, and permanent RNs,
LPNs, and allied clinicians nationwide, supported by robust
credentialing and MSP services. Nurses gain flexible assignments,
prompt pay, and 24/7 clinical support while helping clients
streamline length-of-stay and elevate patient outcomes—advancing
real healthcare transformation wherever we serve.
