Favorable Call Schedule: 1:4 call schedule with low overnight
volume and primarily daytime consults. - Strong Support System:
Work alongside a collaborative team with nurse practitioner support
for inpatient services and 24/7 interventional radiology coverage.
Compensation & Benefits: - Industry Leading Financial Package:
Strong base salary plus wRVUs puts total compensation at 90th
percentile MGMA!. - Generous Performance Bonus: Quarterly quality
bonuses based on patient outcomes and satisfaction. - Competitive
Bonus Opportunity, Additional Bonus Incentives: - Sign-On Bonus,
Retention Bonus: Sign-on bonus up to $40,000 and relocation
