This position is key in managing our anesthesia department, providing top-notch care, ensuring patient safety, and enhancing operational efficiency. Oversee the daily operations of the anesthesia department. Mentor and lead a team of CRNAs, ensuring high standards of care. Develop departmental policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements. Assist in managing departmental staffing and scheduling. Collaborate with surgical teams to plan and coordinate care. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate continuous professional development. Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
