key strategic advisor to cross-functional teams, including Product,
Engineering, Compliance, Bank Partnerships, and Marketing. You’ll
help design and build new payment products and services, provide

Product & Regulatory Legal Team, you’ll be lead counsel for driving
our legal and regulatory strategy across North and South America
(in particular, US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, among others). You’ll
lead our efforts to obtain, operationalize, and maintain our core
licenses through the region (including US MTLs, Brazilian EMI and

compliance, Quebec MSB license, among others). You’ll partner
closely with our global product, engineering and business teams to
advise on a range of issues including product development,
financial services regulations, payments, consumer protection,
market expansion, data privacy and intellectual property. You’ll
live and breathe the Legal Team's core values of operating with
Speed, Clarity and Trust. You’ll help build scalable and effective
processes for legal review and launch of new products and services.
Requirements You have at least 6 years of experience as a qualified
lawyer in an in-house legal team, top law firm and/or government
agency. You have deep familiarity with payments, fintech, or
financial services laws and regulations, throughout the Americas.
You’re highly collaborative, are inquisitive and
solutions-oriented, and have prior experience advising on product

you; you can roll up your sleeves and get things done. You have
exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills, can
build strong relationships with business colleagues, and can
simplify legal concepts and communicate them in easy-to-understand
language. You exhibit genuine curiosity, are passionate about your
work, and enjoy a fast-paced working environment. You’re humble
