located in San Jose, CA, or Annapolis Junction, MD are preferred,

below:What You Will Do:
- Apply your systems engineering development experience to
advance our next generation airborne Communications Intelligence
(COMINT) and Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) solutions.
- Contribute to and be an integral part of multi-discipline
engineering project teams and be challenged by real-work
assignments.
- Perform technical research, develop technical solutions,
documentation and presentations, and lead concept demonstrations
and contribute to bid and proposal activities.
- Travel up to 20% time typically for business and customer
meetings/demonstrations, operational field support and system
deployments.Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering
or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant
experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7
years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant
experience.
- EW/ESM/ELINT system development domain experience and
engineering technical skills in one or more of the following areas:
- Radar signal processing and analysis
- RF receiver characteristics (sensitivity, SNR, NF) and
types
- Direction of arrival measurements and emitter location
techniques
- Radar signal identification/sorting (Deinterleaving)
- EW/ELINT PED operations and JICD 4 standards
- Detailed hands-on system development including system
architecture development, complex signals processing algorithm
development, rigorous performance testing and validation, and
integration of systems.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government
issuedTS/SCI security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is
required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security
clearance.Qualifications We Prefer:
- Active U.S. government issuedTS/SCI security clearance or
current SSBI.
- Practical systems and software engineering experience in
product development, integration, deployment, and/or sustainment of
systems for the U.S. Department of Defense and/or Intelligence
Community.
- Experience with ELINT databases (EPL, CED, EWIR, MIDB,
etc.)
- Experience with laboratory and field testing and
troubleshooting of airborne COMINT and/or ELINT systems to the
hardware, software and/or firmware unit levels.
- Experience performing system deployments (installation,
integration/validation/verification), including travel to customer
facilities.
- Practical experience with antennas, RF propagation and
receivers, RF system calibration operations as these relate to

for this role is 137,000 USD - 275,000 USD. The salary range
provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience
