Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise

• Drive the end-to-end process from business requirement management to integration, configuration, and production deployment for new business implementation projects.
• Assess the feasibility of new change requirements and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines.
• Support the solutioning team during architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Understand functional and technical design and architecture to be implemented on the ERP system.
• Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate with existing products through coding, testing, and deployment.
• Implement business processes and requirements into ERP solutions.
• Write code following development standards and decide on implementation methodology.
• Provide product support and maintenance, resolving day-to-day queries and technical issues.
• Create and deploy automation tools to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
• Align technical and functional project requirements, providing solutions and advice to clients or internal teams.
• Support on-site managers with necessary details regarding changes and provide off-site support.2. Skill upgradation and competency building
  • Complete Wipro exams and internal certifications to upgrade skills.
  • Attend training sessions, seminars to enhance knowledge in functional/technical domains.
  • Write and publish papers, articles, and case studies on the intranet.DeliverPerformance parameters include contribution to project quality, SLA adherence, ticket resolution, problem solving, change requests, customer satisfaction, process automation, and skill development activities.Mandatory Skills: Adobe AEM. Experience: 5-8 Years. Expected annual pay ranges from $60,000 to $135,000.
