position for Michael Hohl Subaru is pivotal in driving revenue and
fostering customer relationships within the automotive trade
industry. The primary goal is to engage with customers, understand

purchasing experience. This role requires a deep understanding of
dealership sales processes and the ability to effectively
communicate product benefits. Success in this position will be
measured by sales performance, customer satisfaction, and the
ability to build long-term client relationships. Ultimately, the
Sales professional will contribute significantly to the overall
growth and success of the dealership. Minimum Qualifications: High
school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in dealership sales
or a related retail sales environment. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience with CRM
software and sales tracking tools. Knowledge of automotive products
and industry trends. Responsibilities: Engage with customers to
understand their needs and provide appropriate product
recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations and explain
features and benefits to potential buyers. Manage the sales process
from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring a
seamless experience for the customer. Maintain up-to-date knowledge
of inventory, pricing, and promotions to effectively inform
customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
to encourage repeat business and referrals. Skills: The required
skills in dealership sales are essential for effectively engaging
with customers and understanding their unique needs. Strong
communication skills enable the Sales professional to articulate
product features and benefits clearly, fostering trust and rapport
with clients. Interpersonal skills are crucial for building
long-term relationships, which can lead to repeat business and
